2009-2010 Executive

Jocey Turnbull graduated with a BA in Sociology from Brandon University in 2009 and is currently in her first year law at the University of Manitoba. As an active member of her community she was always involved in various initiatives and projects. Now she is excited to be newly involved with CLAIHR.

Corey Shefman finished his BA in Political Science at McGill University and MA in Political Communication at Cardiff University in Wales (UK), He is now in his first year of law school at the University of Manitoba. He hopes to practice in Aboriginal and Human Rights/Charter law. Over the past few years he has spent a lot of time doing advocacy work for issues such as the ongoing genocide in Darfur.
